How Our Laboratory Testing Works
Ordering Your Tests By Phone:
1. Call
our Professional Medical Team at 877-261-5787
for assistance in
ordering the correct test for your specific circumstance. We will ask you
a few questions regarding your
testing, find the nearest location for you
to be tested, and
then prepare your order and process your method of payment.
2. Once
we have processed your order, (usually in 15 minutes) you may go directly
to the location you were given by our office. You may go to the laboratory
at your convenience during their business hours. Your order will be waiting
for you at the laboratory. Once you arrive at the laboratory, you simply sign
in, your name will be called, then your blood or urine will be collected. (If
you are being tested under a confidential name, be sure to use the confidential
name on the sign in sheet).
3. Usually your results are back in 24-72 hours
depending on test and location of test. We ask all of our patients to call
us for their results. We typically do not call our patients due to the confidential
nature of testing. We also offer online live chat, you may contact us on our
chat to check if your results have come in, however we do not disclose any
results via chat or email to protect your privacy. Once our Medical Director
has signed your results, we can mail them directly to you if requested.

Ordering Your Tests Online: 
1. If you would rather
not speak to a professional medical counselor, you may order online, however
we will need some personal information from you before we can order your test.
We will contact you via email confirming your order and the location of where
you would like to be tested. Your method of payment will be processed at the
checkout online. Please note that if you are paying with a money order or a
direct deposit, we must confirm payment before you can be tested.
2. Once we have processed
your order, (usually in 15 minutes) you may go directly to the location
you were given by our office. You may go to the laboratory at your convenience
during their business hours. Your order will be waiting for you at the laboratory.
