Frequently Asked Questions - Help

Do I need to see a Doctor to order a test?
Our services do not require you to see a physician before you are tested, however
we do suggest following up with a treatment plan with your physician with
your test results. We do not diagnose, treat, or advise. We are here to empower
you; enabling you to take control of your own health.
If you have very obvious symptoms of an STD or a serious health concern, you
should see your physician immediately. If you have had an unprotected sexual
exposure and you want to make sure that you have not contracted any type of
sexually transmitted diseases, you may at your convenience order testing either
online or via telephone where our Professional Medical Team will gladly assist
you.
Will you send my results to my insurance company?
Due to the confidential nature of our services, we do not bill or process
any insurance information. If you wish to submit the charges to your insurance
company you may, however, keep in mind those most insurance companies will
not cover these services. We do not provide any coding for insurance companies.
How do I know which test is right for me?
If you
have researched your symptoms, or your medical history, you may have an idea
of which test is right for you. However, sometimes information can be confusing
or you’re just not sure. We suggest you call to speak to
